RESPONSIBILITIES: * Acquisition of new customers. 100% commission * Advise customers and identify the most efficient solutions for their energy needs, presenting improvement proposals. * Customer retention within your portfolio. 100% commission on renewals * Propose to customers a review of their current energy supply contract to achieve improvements. REQUIREMENTS: * Age is not a concern. * Knowledge of the energy sector (desirable). * Experience in sales. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-oriented skills. * Ability to work toward targets. * Fluent written and spoken Spanish and Catalan (mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Contract from day one. * Personal computer equipment—laptop or tablet—required for job performance.
