We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team and participate in the management and execution of industrial projects, coordinating equipment design, installation, and commissioning at plant sites. Key responsibilities include: * Design and development of equipment installations, layouts, and metal structures. * Preparation of technical documentation and specifications for Requests for Quotation (RFQs). * Technical analysis and comparison of supplier proposals. * Coordination and supervision of on-site equipment installation, ensuring adherence to schedules, costs, and quality standards. * Management and monitoring of engineering firms and contractors during project execution. * Preparation of technical documentation. * Coordination of safety and installation plans in accordance with company standards. * Technical evaluation of industrial equipment and support in proposing solutions. * Collaboration with internal teams and suppliers to ensure proper project execution. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to better balance personal and professional life. * Hybrid work model (on-site and remote work). * Continuous professional development. * A participatory, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.
