




Job Summary: The Housekeeper ensures that accommodations and common areas are immaculate and welcoming, guaranteeing a comfortable and memorable stay for guests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Overall coordination of the housekeeping department and quality supervision. 2. Inventory and staff management of the cleaning team. 3. Interdepartmental coordination and customer service. The Housekeeper plays a key role in our tourist complex, ensuring that accommodations and common areas are always immaculate and welcoming. This role is essential to guarantee that our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. Your main responsibilities will be: * Overall coordination of the housekeeping department: Plan and assign daily cleaning staff tasks; organize shifts; supervise compliance with the complex’s cleaning standards for accommodations, common areas, and outdoor areas. * Quality supervision: Verify that accommodations are ready for guest check-in; conduct inventories of tableware, linens, and equipment; ensure adherence to cleaning and disinfection protocols; identify defects and report them. * Inventory management: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, towels, and replacement materials; place orders and coordinate with suppliers; maintain up-to-date records of consumption and requirements. * Staff management: Provide initial and ongoing training for the cleaning team; supervise performance and correct errors; support resolution of internal and external conflicts. * Team coordination: Maintain constant communication with reception, maintenance, and management. * Customer service: Handle complaints related to cleanliness or equipment; manage special guest requests; ensure a positive and comfortable guest experience. * Administrative control: Prepare reports on accommodation status, incidents, hours worked, and materials consumed; participate in internal quality audits. * Operational support: Reinforce the team during high-turnover periods; assist with end-of-season deep cleaning; collaborate in seasonal opening and closing activities.
