We are seeking a RECEPTIONIST for our HOTEL HESPERIA BILBAO located in Vizcaya. What will you do on a daily basis? • Manage the guest stay from check-in to check-out, ensuring an efficient and pleasant experience. • Identify and welcome all hotel guests and visitors. • Recognize repeat customers. • Manage individual and group reservations, both direct and through agencies and OTAs. • Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F\&B, sales, etc.) to ensure comprehensive service. • Attend to all guest requests before, during, and after their hotel stay. • Handle the reception cash register (guest payments, currency exchange, etc.). • Professionally and proactively handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries. • Promote all hotel services. • Provide information about hotel services and city tourism information. • Assist in resolving incidents and in customer retention when issues cannot be immediately resolved. • Daily invoicing, cash reconciliation, and accounting for other services provided at reception. ### **Requirements** · University degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or similar. · High level of English is essential (a second language will be valued). · Minimum of 1 year of experience in reception at a 4\* or higher hotel in similar roles as a receptionist. · Knowledge of hotel management systems, preferably Opera Cloud. · Skills in upselling techniques. · Customer-oriented. · Problem-solving profile. ### **We offer** · Immediate incorporation · Full-time (rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts) · Flexible scheduling for working rotating shifts · Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth within a growing hotel chain · Permanent contract, with a 6-month probation period · Salary according to the Vizcaya Hospitality Collective Agreement · Good work environment · Salary according to the Collective Agreement · Discounts on company products
