We believe in doing things intentionally, energetically, and with pride in who we are as a team. **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON OUR TEAM?** * Define and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives and the expansion plan. * Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing analysis and insights for strategic, operational, and investment decisions. * Lead the development, updating, and monitoring of the Business Plan, ensuring alignment with operational reality. * Design and manage budgeting, control, reporting, monthly closings, and forecasting processes. * Analyze profitability by restaurant, channel, and format to drive margin improvement and operational efficiency. * Define and optimize cost policies, capital expenditures (CAPEX), and operating expenses (OPEX). * Develop financial models for new openings, remodels, and strategic projects. * Monitor cash flow, treasury, and liquidity to ensure business sustainability. * Implement reporting and BI systems and tools to support decision-making. * Coordinate financial reporting to investors and strategic partners. * Ensure efficiency, scalability, and sustainability of finance processes. * Develop and consolidate the finance team (FP&A, Management Control, Accounting, and Administration). * Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements, coordinating audits and external advisors. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, People, Expansion, and Supply Chain to align financial management with business execution. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 6–10 years of experience in progressively responsible finance roles, including team leadership and management. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred. * Experience in established companies with mature finance processes; QSR or multi-site environment experience is a plus. * Experience in fast-growing environments and scaling processes. * Proven track record in Business Planning, management control, reporting, and investor/financier relations. * Advanced knowledge of accounting, tax, and compliance regulations. * Ability to structure and professionalize finance functions. * Strategic, analytical, results-driven profile with strong influencing capabilities. * Hands-on mindset, balancing vision and execution. * Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with reporting/BI tools. * Professional English proficiency **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Permanent contract * Salary commensurate with experience * Career development plan to grow with Wingstop * Continuous training * Private health insurance * App to request payroll advances whenever you need them. * Young and dynamic work environment ***If this sounds like you, join the crew and add your flavor.***
