ACCIONA, in its Water business, requires the incorporation of an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Technician for the PCMA department to support several regional services. Job Description Main Responsibilities: OHS* * Preparation of work procedures upon client request. * Routine site visits to inspect working conditions and verify authorized personnel on site. * Preparation of periodic reports for monitoring working conditions. * For large-scale projects, performing specific duties as an On-site Preventive Resource. * Attendance at safety coordination meetings established by the client. * Management and archiving of OHS-related documentation for service staff. * Management of staff training: organization of OHS courses, delivery of training, archiving of documentation. * Management of work equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), and work uniforms: procurement, inspections, archiving of documentation. * Management of occupational health surveillance: medical examinations, archiving of documentation, follow-up of potential occupational disease cases. * Management of accident investigation: preparation and follow-up of accident investigation reports, archiving of documentation. * Placement of orders for items under their responsibility. PCMA* * Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products and services meet defined quality standards. * Continuous Improvement: Adopt methodologies such as the PDCA cycle (Plan–Do–Check–Act) to foster continuous process improvement. * Certifications: Maintain and pursue national and international certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 55001, etc., to demonstrate compliance with quality standards. * Customer Satisfaction: Implement feedback processes to understand customer needs and adapt accordingly.
