Active participation in an Agile environment DESCRIPTION At GP DIGITAL, we are looking for a candidate for an important PUBLIC ENTITY **AF IBM MAXIMO** An IBM Maximo implementation project where your analysis will have real impact on business processes and operations. A key role as Senior Functional Analyst in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. ### **Conditions** * **Work Mode:** Remote (with occasional onsite meetings at offices in Barcelona, Reus, or Valencia) * **Location:** Barcelona / Reus / Valencia * **Working Hours:** Full-time (standard office hours) ### **Your Responsibilities** * **Functional analysis of requirements for the Maximo implementation project.** * Writing user stories and functional requirements. * Preparing functional documentation. * Conducting sessions with business stakeholders to gather and analyze processes. * Defining and reviewing functional workflows and configurations. * Executing functional tests, logging defects, and validating results. * Coordinating with technical teams to track development progress. * Active participation in an Agile environment. REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory** * **3\-6 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.** * Experience working with **IBM Maximo** (configuration, implementation, and usage). * Experience in requirements analysis and functional documentation. * Strong analytical ability and capacity to structure information. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Residence in SPAIN \>\> client office visits required ### **Desirable** * **Advanced Catalan language proficiency.** * Basic knowledge of **UX and usability.** * Experience in the public sector. * Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, or Figma. * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. **What We Offer** ----------------- * **Competitive salary**, commensurate with experience * **Permanent employment contract** or option for self-employed contract * 22 working days of **annual leave** * **Flexible compensation plan**: Private health insurance, childcare vouchers, transportation vouchers * **Training programs** in Technology and Soft Skills * Referral program: €500 per referred candidate who joins our team About Us ... **Grupo Digital** We are an IT consultancy with a team of over 150 technology professionals.
