We are currently seeking a Claims Handler for Diverse Individual Claims with experience in managing home and community insurance claims. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling claims across various business lines, ensuring efficient management aligned with internal policies and current legal requirements. Responsibilities * Manage and process claims for the specified insurance lines. * Analyze, assess, and validate submitted documentation to determine the validity of each claim. * Coordinate with internal departments (underwriting, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure agile and efficient resolution. * Maintain effective communication with clients, property managers, experts, and insurer claims handlers, providing follow-up and responding to inquiries. * Monitor open cases, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and applicable legal regulations. Requirements * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in claims handling. * Solid knowledge of community insurance claims management and related regulations. * Ability to interpret insurance policies and general terms and conditions. * Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Proficiency in computer tools and claims management systems (knowledge of ELEVIA is an advantage). * Customer orientation and conflict resolution capability. * Education in Law, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Insurance, or related fields (desirable). * Languages: Spanish; Basque language proficiency is an advantage.
