TASKS: • Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes related to receiving raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning and disinfection. • Carry out scheduled tasks for food preparation and presentation. • Perform periodic cleanings established in the cleaning plan. • Handle food in compliance with current regulations. • Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues accordingly. ### **Requirements** • Experience in gastronomic hotels. • Proactivity and dynamism. • Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results-oriented. • Experience in restaurants or hotels. ### **Offer** • 40-hour weekly contract. • Job stability and competitive salary.
