As Production Manager, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the production area, optimizing internal logistics of the production process, as well as performing analysis, forecasting, planning, scheduling, management, and control of the production process at the Lamiako industrial site. **Is this job right for you?** This opportunity is for you if you possess: **Technical Competencies** * Solid knowledge of production processes, materials, machinery, and products specific to the workplace. * Ability to proactively identify, analyze, and communicate issues affecting the production process, proposing solutions when necessary. * Skill in interpreting and analyzing production indicators (KPIs), facilitating data-driven decision-making oriented toward continuous improvement. * Planning, organization, and monitoring of production to ensure achievement of quality, cost, and timeline objectives. **Personal Competencies** * Adaptability to change: ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments and address new organizational and production challenges. * Results orientation: commitment to achieving production targets by optimizing resources and ensuring operational efficiency. * Customer orientation: focus on meeting the needs of both internal and external customers, guaranteeing quality and delivery timelines. * Leadership and team management: ability to coordinate, motivate, and develop production teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. * Communication and problem-solving: ability to coordinate with other departments and act promptly and judiciously when issues arise.Formacion ### **Education** University degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Production Programming for Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Robotic Automation, Mechanical Manufacturing Design, or similar fields. ### **Experience** * 3\-5 years of experience in industrial environments. * Management of production teams (10\-30 people or more). * Production planning and achievement of KPIs. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and issue resolution. * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP and Excel). **Technical Competencies** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise productive activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and deadline objectives. * Organize human and material resources to ensure production efficiency. * Analyze production indicators (KPIs), identify deviations, and drive continuous improvement actions. * Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and HR departments to ensure proper plant operation. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) standards. **Personal Competencies** * Leadership and team management. * Organization and planning. * Results orientation. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Communication and teamwork. * Proactivity and adaptability. ### **Other Requirements** * Availability to respond to urgent situations and occasional incidents. **Don’t forget anything** At Saint\-Gobain, our employees take pride in belonging to an organization whose culture is built upon these core values: trust, empowerment, and collaboration.
