LUZA Group is currently seeking a JUNIOR PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN with experience in residential construction projects to join a leading company in the sector. The selected candidate will support the Site Manager in coordinating and monitoring work progress, ensuring proper allocation and use of resources according to the requirements of each construction phase. The main objective will be to meet established deadlines and production targets for the project. What will your responsibilities be? * Assist the Site Manager in daily supervision of on-site construction activities. * Efficiently coordinate necessary resources for each project phase. * Collaborate in planning and monitoring the project budget and schedule. * Participate in managing technical and administrative documentation. * Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental protection at the workplace. * Communicate regularly with the team to ensure smooth operations and resolve potential issues. Required qualifications: * Technical Architect or Technical Engineering degree. * Any Vocational Training qualification in the Construction and Civil Works field. * Recommended: Preventive resources training (60 hours). * Recommended: 1 year of experience in a Technical Department or as Assistant Site Manager. * Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; highly valued knowledge of ERP systems for construction management (ERP Sigrid desirable), Presto, Autocad, Project, BIM.
