Job Summary: We are seeking a Managing Director to lead the global strategy, ensure sustainable growth and profitability of a company specializing in the development and implementation of logistics projects. The company is located in the Duranguesado region (Bizkaia) and belongs to a major industrial group based in Gipuzkoa, with international clients. It specializes in the **development and implementation** of projects focused on **logistics environments**, and is one of the leading providers of **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)**. The company seeks to appoint a Managing Director. Reporting to the Group's Corporate Business Directorate, the candidate's mission will be to direct and coordinate the company's global strategy to ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and competitive positioning, while guaranteeing operational efficiency, technological innovation, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business objectives. Key responsibilities include: * Collaborate with the Corporate Directorate to design, propose, and implement the company's overall strategy, establishing fundamental policies for short-, medium-, and long-term action. * Lead, manage, and motivate the team under their supervision. * Promote internal talent development. * Align all departments with the company's strategy. * Ensure and guarantee achievement of results and profitability in line with the defined business plan and budget. * Lead organizational and cultural transformation. * Oversee commercial strategy and market positioning. * Participate in management and negotiations with strategic customers and suppliers. * Drive innovation in products, services, and business models. * Approve budgets and investment plans, and monitor financial performance. We seek a professional with a university degree in engineering or a related field, experience in executive roles within software development companies, and a business development profile.
