Duties include handling telephone and email inquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication, as well as performing basic administrative tasks such as updating records and organizing documentation. Candidates must hold training in Administration or a related field, possess solid office software skills, and have at least one year of experience in similar roles. Residing near the workplace is considered a positive factor. A high level of proficiency in Basque (Euskera) is mandatory. The position offers a temporary contract. Working hours are scheduled via shift rosters to cover absences, with weekend shifts possible during morning (06:30–14:30\) or afternoon (14:00–22:00\) time slots. Remuneration is €10.23 gross per hour. Training in Administration or a related field. Office software skills. Minimum one year of experience in similar roles. Residence in the surrounding area. High level of Basque (Euskera).
