




Job Summary: We are seeking a commercial professional to acquire and retain customers, manage reservations, conduct follow-ups, and promote nautical and educational programs in Los Alcázares. Key Points: 1. Customer acquisition and retention for educational and nautical campaigns. 2. Reservation management, post-sales follow-up, and corporate social media engagement. 3. Commercial experience valued in the tourism or education sector. In Los Alcázares (Murcia), we are looking for a professional to acquire new customers—such as schools, associations, and groups—for summer camp and diving programs. The candidate will also be responsible for retaining the existing customer base by presenting nautical services and educational programs. Responsibilities will include reservation management, post-sales follow-up, and corporate social media engagement to attract customers and promote nautical programs. Previous experience in commercial roles is required, preferably in the tourism or education sector; degrees in Tourism, Tourism Management, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Commerce, Marketing, Advertising, or Education are highly valued. A strong command of English (minimum B2/C1 level), CRM and Office software proficiency, a valid Class B driver’s license, and personal vehicle are mandatory, along with willingness to travel. A full-time indefinite employment contract is offered, with a split working schedule.
