Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive candidate to contribute to the development of architectural projects, with experience in design, construction supervision, interior design, and budget management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Definition and management of interior design projects. 2. Supervision of construction and installation works in collaboration with architects and suppliers. 3. With **automation** and **expertise** embedded in our DNA, we are building attractive hospitality solutions to deliver a unique experience to our guests. **What Will You Do?** We seek a proactive candidate who contributes to the development of architectural projects and has experience across all facets of architecture: design, construction supervision, interior design, liaison with trade associations, budget preparation, etc. **Responsibilities:** * Definition and management of interior design projects (excluding civil works). * Review and evaluation of Execution Projects, ensuring compliance with the brand’s visual and technical standards. * Preparation and management of orders, budgets, and FF\&E / OS\&E installations for assets, adhering to budget constraints and scheduled timelines. * Supervision of construction and installation works alongside responsible architects and suppliers (site visits, preparation of reports and construction minutes). * Coordination and leadership across all internal departments throughout the asset opening process.
