We operate primarily across three major areas: **water**, delivering solutions for both urban and industrial management; **waste**, transforming it into new resources; and **energy**, improving efficiency and reducing consumption and emissions in buildings, industries, and cities. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Tender Manager** for our offices in Barcelona or Alicante. **What will you do?** * **Daily monitoring of procurement platforms**, filtering opportunities, and conducting **critical analysis of tender documents** (PCAP and PPT). * **Lead the tender process from start to finish**, coordinating technical and legal teams and preparing **executive summaries** for involved departments. * Serve as the **primary contact with the contracting authority** to resolve queries and liaise with **technical departments** to develop economic proposals. * **Supervise and draft the technical report**, ensuring alignment with evaluation criteria, and **prepare the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) and supporting documentation** (financial solvency, classification, etc.). * **Prepare and submit administrative, technical, and economic documentation**, guaranteeing compliance with formal requirements and **rigorous management of deadlines and corrections**. * **Monitor and track tenders and submitted proposals**, recording deadlines, requirements, and the status of each process. * **Manage the award phase** (justification of abnormally low bids, corrections, contract signing) and **analyze results in case of non-award**, identifying reasons for loss or exclusion. **Requirements** * University degree (Business Administration, Law, Engineering, etc.). * A Master’s degree in Public Procurement is desirable. * Minimum **3 years’ experience** in a tender department. * In-depth knowledge and up-to-date understanding of the Public Sector Contracts Act (LCSP). * Analytical ability and capacity to work under pressure. * Proficiency in Google Suite. * Familiarity with national and regional procurement platforms. **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** * The opportunity to join a sector-leading company. * Permanent employment contract. * Flexibility. * Professional growth.
