




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, results-oriented Engineer to plan and execute production, coordinate processes, optimize resources, and ensure objectives are met in a dynamic environment. At **Supsonik**, we have over 35 years of experience developing and manufacturing solutions for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, DC/DC converters, inverters, battery chargers/rectifiers, test benches, power supplies, custom-engineered special equipment, and engineering and system/project design, among others. We seek a highly organized, results-oriented Engineer entrusted with ensuring proper short- and long-term production planning and execution, coordinating processes, optimizing resources, and guaranteeing achievement of production targets within a dynamic, continuous-improvement-oriented environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Production Planning**: * Develop short-, medium-, and long-term production plans. * Adjust planning according to demand, capacity, resource availability (personnel, raw materials, equipment, and tools), sequences, and priorities. * Define procurement policies and optimal stock levels. **Daily Meeting Management**: * Lead daily continuous improvement (Kaizen) meetings, coordinating with various production, engineering, and quality departments. * Promote Lean culture and process standardization across the production team. * Ensure process and product quality. **Communication and Coordination**: * Report production status to internal departments (management, sales, engineering, etc.) and external customers. * Serve as the primary contact point for resolving questions regarding planning and capacity. **Incident Management**: * Detect, analyze, and resolve issues affecting production. * Propose rapid and effective solutions to minimize impact. **Document Control and ERP Management**: * Analyze and verify technical and administrative documentation for production. * Manage and maintain the SAP ERP system up to date (PP/MM modules). **Continuous Improvement**: * Identify optimization opportunities in production processes. * Implement Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce waste and improve efficiency. * Participate in industrial scaling and automation projects. **Implementation of New Processes**: * Participate in designing and implementing process improvements. * Control technical and regulatory documentation related to manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Organization, Logistics, or a related field. **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of production planning experience in industrial environments. **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in SAP ERP (PP/MM modules). * Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen methodologies, and continuous improvement approaches. * Proficiency in office tools (advanced Excel; Power BI is desirable). **Key Competencies** * Analytical ability and results orientation. * Communication and leadership skills in multidisciplinary teams. * Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. * Strategic vision and adaptability to change. **Languages** * English at B2 level or higher (for communication with international suppliers/customers). **Additional Assets** * Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher). * Knowledge of MRP planning. * Familiarity with process automation and digitalization. * Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and industrial safety standards.
