Your main responsibilities will be identifying market needs and providing technical support to internal and external customers. * Identify and assess market needs (technically and economically) enabling the development of new products, as well as adaptations of existing ones. * Provide technical support to internal and external customers: + Offering solutions to inquiries, participating in technical negotiations with end customers, and collaborating in resolving incidents + Leading factory visits with customers, as well as receptions + Conducting detailed studies of technical specifications previously analyzed by the sales network * Study and preparation of offers (technical and economic assessment, preparation of offer drawings for the sales network) for special solutions through issuing offers, aiming to increase sales of non-standard products and standard products associated with fulfilling very specific requirements which will be carried out by the Industrial Area. * Comply with quality procedures and applicable regulations * Participation in projects and other forums * Systematically analyze quoted costs versus actual costs of manufactured orders (monthly analysis of one of the orders manufactured by their team) * Work on continuous improvement within the daily tasks of the mini-company team. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education**: Degree in Electrical Engineering * **Languages**: English B2 and French B2 * **Experience**: 2 years in similar roles * Knowledge: Order management and electrical systems. * Competencies: We are seeking a proactive person with the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
