YOUR MISSION We are looking for a **Commercial ADV – Back Office** to drive and support commercial processes, with particular emphasis on export order management and public tenders. You will be a key person in supporting our commercial team, managing orders, and attending to customers, contributing to the achievement of the objectives set out in our strategic plan. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Customer service and support for national and international clients. * Order management: from receipt and invoicing to logistical tracking. * End-to-end management of public tenders: technical drafting, documentation preparation, submission, and follow-up. * Monitoring tender documents and public tenders, identifying opportunities, and communicating requirements to the commercial and R&D teams. * Coordination with other departments (Purchasing, Production, After-Sales Service, R&D&i). * Ensuring compliance with quality procedures and current regulations. ABOUT YOU * Degree in International Trade, Administration or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (experience in tendering/public procurement environments is desirable). * Languages: English is essential; French, Basque, or other languages are an advantage. * Knowledge of ERP systems, customs management, and international transport. * Proficiency in digital tools and office software. * Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a commercial mindset. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Autonomous individual with initiative and capacity to independently manage projects. * Flexibility, proactivity, and motivation for continuous improvement.
