This is an industrial company specializing in transformation solutions and supply of metallic materials, focused on delivering added value to its customers through efficiency, quality, and technical expertise. Reporting to the General Management, the main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities:** * Manage the complete procurement process for industrial materials, primarily within the metallurgical sector. * Ensure optimal supply for production and logistics, guaranteeing delivery timelines, costs, and quality. * Identify, analyze, and develop new suppliers, both nationally and internationally. * Research markets and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization across the supply chain. * Negotiate commercial terms (prices, delivery timelines, Incoterms) with suppliers. * Monitor and control purchase orders, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines. * Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality departments to ensure proper planning. * Manage documentation related to import/export and customs procedures. * Supervise and optimize stock management. * Resolve incidents related to suppliers, transportation, or material quality. * Propose and implement procurement process improvements aimed at efficiency and cost reduction. * Maintain up-to-date information in the system (SAP or other ERP systems). **Requirements:** * University degree (Bachelor’s or Engineering degree; technical fields preferred). * Minimum of **4\-5 years’ experience in industrial procurement**. * Experience in industrial environments, preferably in the metallurgical sector or similar. * Knowledge of international trade and customs management (import/export). * Proficiency in **SAP** or other ERP systems. * A **proactive** profile, with initiative and ability to identify business opportunities and improvements. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented and team-focused. * English level B2\. **Work Location:** * Vitoria (Álava). **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a solid industrial-sector company. * Stable project with long-term prospects and professional development potential. * Active participation in optimizing and growing the procurement department.
