We are currently seeking to hire a **Maritime Operations Customer Service** professional for our **Bilbao** office. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning bookings with shipping lines. Knowledge of and relationships with shipping lines will be valued. * Issuing shipping documents. * Coordinating pickups/deliveries and managing knowledge of service providers. * Tracking shipments (departures/arrivals). * Preparing customs clearance documentation. * Customer/agent support.
