We are expanding our capabilities and looking for a professional with proven experience in the design and calculation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems; plumbing and sanitation systems; and other mechanical installations. If you hold a degree in engineering or architecture and have at least five years of professional experience (including a minimum of three years in Spain), this is your opportunity to join a challenging, long-term project. We seek a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Design and calculation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. * Design and calculation of plumbing and sanitation systems. * Integration of various mechanical installations into complex projects. * Preparation of technical reports, drawings, and specifications. * Review and optimization of existing designs. * Collaboration with other departments (electrical engineering, structural engineering, etc.) to ensure project coherence. * Technical oversight during the construction and commissioning phases. * Cost analysis and selection of equipment and materials. * Compliance with technical regulations and quality standards. * Research and application of new technologies and solutions in the field of mechanical installations. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Qualification:** Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.), Architecture, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of five years of professional experience in the design and calculation of mechanical installations, including at least three years of experience in Spain. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proven experience in the design and calculation of HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and sanitation systems. * **Languages:** Proficiency in technical English and fluent conversational English.
