Coordinate with carriers and external agents for deliveries We are looking for a candidate to manage all technical and administrative documentation related to the import and export of seafood products in Bilbao. The position is full-time and temporary. The role involves monitoring logistics processes to ensure each operation complies with customs regulations and delivery timelines, working closely with carriers and external agents to ensure goods reach their destination correctly. The role includes detailed tracking of each order from initiation to completion, closely monitoring the status of maritime operations. It also entails managing letters of credit and financial documents associated with international sales, ensuring all documentation remains consistently organized and up-to-date to support smooth logistics operations. Coordination among internal departments and suppliers is essential, maintaining constant communication to prevent supply chain issues. The position requires meticulous and orderly file management, facilitating internal audits and guaranteeing daily compliance with standard international trade regulations. Academic background in International Trade, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields. Solid knowledge of Incoterms regulations and letter of credit management. Advanced proficiency in office software tools. High-level English language proficiency, equivalent to CEFR B2 or higher. Strong capacity for learning and adaptability to evolving processes.
