Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to lead the industrialization of new machined parts, managing projects from inception to completion. Key Highlights: 1. At IDDTEK, we aim to incorporate an engineer into our product design and development area to lead the industrialization of new machined parts, screw machining, etc., to be developed in the Colindres (Cantabria) area. Selected candidates will assume the following responsibilities: * Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, acting as the main point of contact with the client. * Plan, allocate resources, and define quality standards. * Coordinate and motivate the team, assigning tasks and monitoring progress. * Supervise progress, anticipate issues, and report to management. * Manage documentation, contracts, and relationships with clients and suppliers. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and financial objectives. * Make key decisions to guarantee project success. * Technical Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the machining and screw machining sector, etc. * Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, 3D, MS Project. * High level of spoken and written English (B2/C1\) * Personally, candidates must demonstrate leadership ability, commitment, planning skills, and strong communication skills.
