We are seeking a BIM Manager holding a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), with a BIM Master’s degree or extensive, demonstrable experience in BIM project management, to participate in complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing BIM-based projects within the infrastructure department, supervising teams, ensuring model consistency and deliverable quality, and promoting digital innovation across all design and construction processes. **Responsibilities and Qualifications** ======================================= Responsibilities: * Manage BIM-based projects within the infrastructure department, coordinating and supervising multidisciplinary teams to ensure information consistency and deliverable quality. * Represent the department in technical meetings; define and maintain corporate BIM standards; manage BIM documentation and models; drive innovation and digital transformation in design and construction processes. * Collaborate with design, planning, and project management departments; identify opportunities to improve BIM processes and tools to promote efficiency and automation; foster team technical training and development; ensure information interoperability and proper communication among all project platforms and stakeholders. * Manage BIM-based projects for railways, roads, and ports. * Draft and update BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), technical reports, and tender documentation. * Configure collaborative environments in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). * Coordinate and federate multidisciplinary models; perform 3D analysis, clash detection, cost estimation, and construction simulations. * Review and validate model quality per ISO 19650 and IFC schema. * Ensure interoperability among tools: Revit, Civil 3D, Istram, etc. * Lead technical coordination meetings based on federated models. * Optimize modeling processes and information flow. * Train internal teams. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports). MECES 3 mandatory.
