The **Operations and Customer Service Agent** role has a dual focus: * **Customer experience specialist** for rentals * **Sales specialist** for campervan demonstrations and sales conversion This role is key to ensuring customers leave satisfied—whether beginning a rental journey or purchasing their future motorhome. **THE ROLE** The **Rental Service Agent** handles all customer-facing rental operations and delivers professional campervan demonstrations to convert leads into buyers. It is a hands-on, customer-centric position combining customer service, product presentation, operational execution, and follow-up commercial lead management. Whether for rentals or sales, this role ensures every vehicle, every interaction, and every moment with the customer reflects Indie Campers’ high standards. **WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?** * **Customer service and operations:** conduct check\-ins/check\-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing support during rentals. Manage service incidents and emergencies with empathy. * **Commercial demonstrations and customer interaction:** prepare and deliver campervan demonstrations, showcasing features, specifications, and each customer’s specific needs. Ensure smooth handovers and that all documentation is in order. * **Sales conversion and lead management:** follow up on leads, demonstrations, and post-demonstration actions in the CRM. Convert rental customers into sales opportunities and support the RV Sales District and City Lead in achieving targets. * **Product knowledge and technical support:** maintain strong familiarity with Indie Campers’ motorhome models and perform basic system demonstrations (lighting, gas, etc.).
