**What do you need to succeed in this role?**

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, electrical, or railway sectors.
* Advanced English proficiency (C1\). A second language is desirable.
* Experience in team management.
* Willingness to relocate nationally and internationally.
* Leadership ability, team coordination, cross-functional collaboration, risk analysis, and continuous improvement orientation.
* Communication and liaison skills with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and external agencies.
**Your mission**

* Implement CAF T\&E’s occupational risk prevention policy and system in EPC projects, ensuring compliance and continuous evolution.
* Coordinate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities throughout project execution.
* Ensure correct application of legal and corporate HSE requirements.
* Monitor activities carried out by internal staff and subcontractors, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Analyze accidents and incidents, promoting corrective and preventive actions.
* Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement processes of the management system.
* Coordinate preventive activities with all stakeholders involved in the projects.
* Promote a robust preventive culture through awareness-raising and training initiatives.
* Support project teams in achieving the organization’s established safety, health, and environmental objectives.
