Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect or Draughtsperson to develop and manage drawings, prepare and track technical documentation, and supervise construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Full-time schedule At Grupo El Castillo, we are launching a selection process to hire a Technical Architect or Draughtsperson for our headquarters in San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante). Would you like to join our team? Your responsibilities would include, among others: * Developing and managing drawings for Basic and Execution Projects. * Preparing and tracking technical documentation at all levels (projects, tenders, and municipal procedures). * Conducting site visits for supervision, data collection, incident control, and coordination with various teams involved in the projects. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Drafting (Building and Civil Works). * Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in architectural studios and/or construction project management. Prior experience in public residential projects, healthcare facilities, and housing will be highly valued. * Practical knowledge of construction sites and ability to operate effectively in on-site environments. * Experience handling administrative procedures related to the construction sector. * Proficiency in computer tools: AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Rendering software, and Quantity Surveying. * Personal vehicle required.
