Job Summary: Coordination and management of sea trials, port services, and contracts with auxiliary industry, aiming at process improvement through new technologies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and drafting of protocols and sea trial reports for vessels. 2. Management of maritime works and coordination of port services. 3. The application period will end on **27/02/2026 at 12:00 hours.** **APPLICATION SUBMISSION** To participate in the selection process, candidates must attach the following supporting documentation to their candidate profile: * Curriculum Vitae * Employment History Record or Negative Employment History / Negative Affiliation Report * Academic Degrees * Certification of training related to the position to be filled **MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------------------------------ * Coordination and drafting of trial protocols and sea trial reports for newly built vessels. * Management of maritime works related to vessel launching and construction phases (dry-docking, undocking, maneuvering, mooring tests, stability tests, etc.). * Coordination of port services for military vessels berthed at civilian facilities. * Management of contracts for work carried out by auxiliary industry. * Improvement of processes regarding workflow efficiency and adaptation to new technologies (Industry 4.0, digitalization). **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- Bachelor’s Degree in Nautical Science and Maritime Transport, or Bachelor’s Degree plus a Master’s Degree officially recognized in this field; or Diploma in Maritime Navigation plus a Master’s Degree officially recognized in this field. It is mandatory to hold a valid Professional Seafarer’s Card as Merchant Marine Captain, enabling service as Captain on civilian vessels engaged in any type of navigation without restrictions.
