Summary: We are seeking Waste Facility Operators to serve users, manage waste, and maintain the facility clean and orderly, including tasks related to record-keeping and incident review. Incident reporting and coordination with supervisors Serveis Ambientals del Vallès Oriental, S.A. needs to fill two temporary positions for Waste Facility Operators. • Open and close the waste facility at scheduled hours. • Serve users courteously and amicably, clarifying their doubts regarding the facility’s operation. • Assist users in unloading waste, if necessary. • Inform users and municipal crews about the correct location and method for depositing each type of waste. • Record waste inflows and outflows. • Maintain the facility clean and tidy. • Review and report daily incidents (e.g., illegal dumping at the entrance, holes, water leaks, damages, etc.). • Notify supervisors of any incidents that arise. • Collect the applicable public fee when required. * Minimum 6 months’ experience. The following experience will be considered an asset: a) Experience in customer service or public-facing roles (hospitality, catering, reception, etc.). b) Experience in waste management, street cleaning, or environmental services. c) Experience using technology (computer or PDA). * Completion of the first stage of compulsory secondary education (with certificate). * Catalan (spoken and written – advanced level) * Spanish (spoken and written – advanced level) * Own vehicle available * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time working hours * Other relevant information: Gross annual remuneration: 24\.660,16 €
