Job Summary: We are seeking a Valuation Department Validator in Bilbao, responsible for supervising and validating reports, managing major accounts, and providing technical support. Valuation Department Validator \- Bilbao Job ID 260032 Posted 09\-Feb\-2026 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full\-time Areas of Interest Valuations/Appraisal Location(s) Bilbao \- Basque Country \- Spain **RESPONSIBILITIES** As part of the Technical Valuation Department, you will be responsible for: * Managing major accounts and/or clients, coordinating real estate portfolios from an organizational, monitoring, technical, quality, and SLA compliance perspective. * Supervising and validating valuation reports of all property types (residential units, commercial premises, buildings, plots, land at varying stages of development). * Providing technical support to the network of appraisers. * Supporting various technical functions within the Department. * Supporting local business development, generating additional business for the office, exploring new opportunities and clients. **PROFILE** We are looking for a highly solution-oriented individual with knowledge of the real estate market and of valuation and appraisal regulations and standards (Royal Decree ECO/805/2003 and subsequent amendments), negotiation skills, experience working towards objectives and collaboratively with team members, and proven experience in the real estate and property valuation sector.
