Job Summary: Oven operator for night shift, responsible for baking, recording, cleaning, and managing products and waste. Key Points: 1. Experience with industrial ovens 2. Responsibilities: \- Load trolleys containing prepared products into various ovens for the corresponding thermal treatment, monitoring temperature during and at the end of the process. \- Accurately record all process conditions per batch. \- Transfer products to the cooling chamber upon completion of the thermal treatment process. \- Complete assigned reports, records, and forms with relevant data: quality records, production records, cleaning records, allergen control records, etc. \- Strictly adhere to FIFO at all times: batches for smoking, batches for baking, etc. \- Perform cleaning of ovens and associated equipment (trolleys, rods, etc.) according to the established frequency. \- Resolve any issues arising during the manufacturing process within defined parameters. \- Record, identify, and segregate defective or non-conforming products for subsequent analysis, in accordance with company protocols. \- Properly manage waste (sawdust, casings, plastics, etc.). Requirements: \- Availability to work night shifts. \- Experience with industrial ovens. \- Driving license and personal vehicle are desirable. \- Basic office software skills. Offer: \- Full-time temporary contract with possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, except Fridays, which will be from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. \- Company-provided training. \- Workplace: Móstoles.
