Reporting to the **MAIER Group Human Resources Manager**, the selected candidate will participate in and/or lead projects primarily related to **organization and HR**. **Requirements** We are looking for generalist professionals with **at least 5 years of experience** in the Human Resources field who have held technical positions across various HR domains. A high level of proficiency in **Basque** and **English**, as well as **willingness and ability to travel**, is essential. Among other attributes, key competencies for this role include strong **learning ability**, **teamwork** within an **international environment**, **adaptability** to diverse local contexts, as well as **enthusiasm** and **commitment**. We are looking for **generalist professionals** with **at least 5 years of experience** in the Human Resources field who have held technical positions across various HR domains.
