Formal qualification is not required for personnel with over five years’ tenure in this position; in such cases, sufficient relevant experience (minimum five years) is the requirement. * Basic user-level computer skills. * Knowledge of measuring instruments (meters, converters, etc.). * Familiarity with the company’s quality, environmental, and safety policies. * Medical fitness certificate. * Additional valuable training: basic courses in quality, environment, and occupational risk prevention; Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); or other job-related or profession-specific training; forklift operator license; ATEX certification; working at height; confined space entry. * Valuable experience: shift work; prior experience in a similar role (verifiable).
