Currently, for our Madrid office, we are seeking a Junior Controller for Renewable Projects. **Mission** Develop, produce relevant financial information and analysis to ensure appropriate management control of the BU under your responsibility, prepare action plans and optimal strategies, and act as liaison between management and the corresponding department. **Responsibilities** * Provide senior management with the necessary reporting/tools for decision-making and sound business management, thereby supporting them in achieving operational and strategic objectives. * Ensure information quality by actively participating in the preparation of management reports and indicators, and by designing and contributing to the development of dashboards. * Financial modeling for the annual budget, medium-term plan, and monthly re-forecast. * Coordinate and control information and its systems for collection, distribution, and monitoring. Conduct recurring analysis of the accounting, financial, and operational results of your business unit. * Measure, forecast, and prevent future deviations or crises. In other words, analyze past strategies and decisions, monitor those currently underway, and formulate future ones. Propose action plans and corrective measures. * Prepare reports and key indicators, translating corporate objectives into measurable parameters to precisely assess achieved results. Analyze management KPIs and economic-financial KFIs for the area. * Monitor the market applicable to your function and relevant regulations. * Accounting-financial management control (analytical accounting, cost control, variance analysis, etc.). * Monitor cash and profitability indicators (cash flow, net debt, ROCE, etc.). * Coordinate clear, fluid communication with management through reporting and dashboard creation. **Minimum Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration & Management, Economics, Engineering with organizational specialization, or equivalent. * 1–3 years of experience as a Controller or in FP&A (Consulting/Auditing), with experience in the energy sector relevant to this position. * Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and Office 365. * Specific software: SAP, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc. * High level of English (C1). **Desirable Requirements** * An MBA and recognized management control certifications such as CCA are highly valued. **Required Competencies for the Position** * Strategic vision. * Analytical capacity. * Teamwork and leadership: This role demands the highest standards of leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams drawn from all areas of the organization. * Adaptability.
