Your work will optimize commercial and brand communication, improve internal process efficiency, and ensure all information meets company standards. On a day-to-day basis: * Develop and maintain the virtual assistants’ knowledge base, ensuring its continuous updating and proper functionality. * Coordinate content publication across web (B2C/B2B), social media, AVA\-ChatGPT/FAQs, and internal communications, guaranteeing consistency prior to launch. * Manage commercial IROPS: draft proposals and approval requests for commercial policies, internal communications, and customer-facing messages (Email/SMS/Landing Web/Social Media), and activate Waivers in GDSs as required. * Analyze results and KPIs, measuring impact and proposing continuous improvements. **What will make you successful in this position** * Proactivity, leadership, and commitment: You will take initiative to coordinate departments and projects, ensuring content is published efficiently and coherently. * Analytical ability and results orientation: Your skill in measuring KPIs and analyzing data will enable you to optimize information and continuously improve customer experience. * Commercial skills and customer orientation: Understanding customer needs will allow you to create effective, clear content—both on websites and in virtual assistants. * Proficiency in English and excellent written expression: You will draft commercial and informational texts in both Spanish and English, with clarity and coherence. * Passion for technology and artificial intelligence: Your interest in emerging technologies will help you enhance processes, automation, and customer interaction. * Curiosity and continuous learning: You will constantly learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and business needs.
