We are looking for a responsible, bold, proactive, and committed individual eager to learn, who enjoys challenges, is accustomed to teamwork, and is available for occasional travel. You will join a young, multidisciplinary team with an excellent working atmosphere. **What profile are we seeking?** * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, or equivalent. A Master’s degree is valued. * Experience and knowledge in: Previous experience in Aerospace Process Engineering. Prior knowledge of Investment Casting is valued. Previous experience in industrial environments is valued. Languages: English at B1 level or equivalent. Product Supply: supporting series production by leading the diagnosis of acute/chronic issues, as well as defining and implementing identified improvements. 2\. New Product Launch: defining and monitoring the casting process from initial development stages through to full industrialization, including definition and control of critical characteristics. 3\. Technology Development: collaborating on R&D initiatives within the Casting process. Continuing the implementation of Digitalization in the Casting Area. Additionally, you will collaborate on the Base Process of Developing Industrial Capacity within the transformation plans of the Barakaldo and Sestao plants. **What training will you receive to perform this role?** You will be trained in: * Manufacturing processes for aerospace castings. * Management and Capture of Product Improvements. * Tools and software for product and process management. * Process data analysis tools (SPC and others). * Quality management of aerospace components. Lean Manufacturing concepts. * **Who will you work with?** You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising professionals from various areas: production, other Process Engineering departments, quality (MQAs and SQAs), planning, and casting technology. **Where will you be located?** You will work at either the Barakaldo or Sestao plant (depending on the position covered) of ITP Aero Castings.
