Our offices are located in **Sant Cugat del Vallès.** **What will be your key objectives as a Technical Tax/Finance Support Agent?** You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers in the Tax and Finance domain. This role is critical to ensuring users can efficiently navigate and utilize our suite of tax applications, and to maintaining the excellence and reliability of our software. As a Technical Support Agent, you will: * **Customer Support:** Provide direct assistance to customers with questions or issues related to our tax software suite, including ERP, accounting, estimations, and invoicing. * **Advisor Support:** Serve as the primary contact for resolving queries from tax advisors, ensuring they can deliver their services effectively. * **Incident Reporting:** Collect information on bugs and issues to contribute to the technical continuous improvement of our applications. * **Accounting Support:** Assist in preparing journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations. * **Billing and Collections Support:** Provide support in managing billing and collections processes. * **Accounting Books and Tax Filing Support:** Assist in preparing and filing accounting books and tax returns in accordance with applicable legislation. * Vocational training (FP) in Administration and Finance, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. * Advisory Experience: Prior experience in tax advisory or consulting firms is highly valued. * Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be in constant contact with users. * Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
