




Job Summary: We are looking for a professional to manage talent attraction and selection for our restaurants, ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience for every new hire. Key Highlights: 1. You will track and retain talent from onboarding onward. Description Do you enjoy managing several vacancies at once and identifying top talent? In this role, you will carry out **talent attraction and selection** processes for our Sibuya and Kamado restaurants, and you will oversee every detail of the selected candidate’s **onboarding**. This is the vibe of the **People Department**: we know that our front-of-house and kitchen teams make the difference in our restaurants—and it all starts with you. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: You will manage the full **attraction and selection process** for Assistant Restaurant Managers and Assistant Chefs, Waiters/Waitresses, Cooks, and Front-of-House and Kitchen Assistants—simultaneously! You will use our ATS, **Viterbit**, for job posting, screening, interviews, etc. You will coordinate with the **Operations team** to align timelines, priorities, and fine-tune profile searches. You will monitor the **onboarding** of new hires to nurture and retain talent. What do we offer? Permanent contract. Full-time position. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:15 PM; Fridays, we finish at 3:00 PM! With 30-minute flexibility for start/end times. Salary commensurate with your value proposition. A degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or related fields. Proficiency using ATS systems—we use Viterbit—as well as Microsoft Office. Experience in People-related tasks is desirable: onboarding, follow-up and exit surveys… If you haven’t done these before, we’ll train you! Do you speak Portuguese or any other language?
