In this role, you will carry out **talent attraction and selection** processes for our Sibuya and Kamado restaurants, and you will oversee every detail of the selected candidate’s **onboarding**. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: You will manage the full **attraction and selection process** for Assistant Restaurant Managers and Assistant Chefs, Waiters/Waitresses, Cooks, and Front-of-House and Kitchen Assistants—simultaneously! You will use our ATS, **Viterbit**, for job posting, screening, interviews, etc. You will coordinate with the **Operations team** to align timelines, priorities, and fine-tune profile searches. You will monitor the **onboarding** of new hires to nurture and retain talent. What do we offer? Permanent contract. Full-time position.
