




Job Summary: We are seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to ensure operational excellence in the office and provide strategic support to leadership within a dynamic environment. You will organize corporate events and coordinate employee onboarding. * Permanent * Full-time * Hybrid (28108, Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain) * Human Resources **Job Mission** Ensure office operational excellence through proactive vendor management and strategic leadership support, acting as the primary liaison to guarantee efficient workflow and an impeccable corporate image. **What responsibilities and tasks will you handle?** Office and Building Management (Office Management) * Facility Management Oversight: Coordinate building maintenance, cleaning, supplies, and security. * Vendor Relations: Negotiate and monitor contracts (catering, courier services, stationery, technical services). * Work Environment: Ensure the office is functional, well-organized, and reflects Gigas’ culture. Executive Support * Calendar Management: Coordinate complex meetings, executive committees, and executives’ priority management. * Travel Logistics: Comprehensive organization of domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries). * Materials Preparation: Support in preparing presentations, meeting minutes, and managing confidential documentation.
