




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide administrative support and management within the department, performing tasks related to treasury, collections, expenses, and archiving. Opportunity to access language courses The **mission** of this position is to carry out administrative support and management activities for the Administration Department. **Main Responsibilities:** 1. Regarding Treasury: * Support the management of petty cash and delegation cash boxes. * Support the review of payments made by credit card. * Support the management of unpaid items in the system. * Support the reconciliation process with Ciberpack. * Regarding Collections Management: * Control and deposit collections managed at the office. * Monitor, track, and record collections from Groups. * Support the reconciliation of collaboration income using the "grid" method. 3. Regarding the Income Tax Campaign: * Provide administrative support during the Income Tax Campaign. * Regarding Expense Management: * Record staff expenses, ensuring their correct payment and processing. * Regarding Departmental Activities: * Register customer and supplier invoices * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital archives * Collaborate with the Department Head in designing and drafting workflows affecting their area. We seek a professional who meets the following **requirements**: * **Mandatory**: Higher Vocational Training Qualification (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Administration and Finance. * **Minimum 2 years’ experience** in an Administration and Finance department. * **Minimum 2 years’ experience** in accounting. * Knowledge of the FI module of ERP (SAP) and CRM systems is desirable. * Prior experience in the third sector is desirable. **We offer:** * Temporary Contract * Full-time Position * Salary: €27,000 gross Position Type: Full-time Salary: Up to €27,000.00 per month Benefits: * Offered language courses * Flexible working hours * Shortened workday on Fridays * Company-provided mobile phone * Optional telework Application Questions: * Do you have experience with the accounting closing cycle? * What is your level of proficiency in Excel?
