Your responsibilities will include: * Coordinating the Unit’s selection processes: defining vacancies, managing CVs, conducting interviews, and supporting contract preparation. * Coordinating the various stages of on-boarding. * Participating in the implementation of defined training plans. * Monitoring key performance indicators related to the People area. * Managing holidays, leave requests, absences, and any other personnel-related administrative matters within the Unit. * Participating in the implementation of people policies through initiatives aimed at enhancing professional development, engagement, and motivation of talent. * Maintaining an active network of contacts with Vocational Training Centers and Universities, and participating in job fairs. * Establishing and maintaining effective communication with various corporate and business units to perform your duties efficiently. * Participating in tasks assigned by TECNALIA’s Corporate People Department.
