**Mission**
We seek to hire a Site Manager to oversee comprehensive project management in the northern region, taking responsibility for planning, execution, and control of assigned construction works—ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards, applicable regulations, and client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Full-direction and comprehensive management of construction projects from inception to completion.
* Technical and economic project planning.
* Cost control, certifications, and financial monitoring.
* Coordination of in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Supervision of schedules, work quality, and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (PRL).
* Direct communication with technical management, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Procurement management and contracting of resources required for the project.
**Candidate Requirements**
* University degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Manager, preferably in industrial buildings, logistics facilities, or similarly sized projects.
* Solid expertise in construction cost control, planning, and production management.
* Proficiency with tools such as Presto, MS Project/Planning, AutoCAD, and Office 365\.
* Knowledge of construction regulations and Occupational Health and Safety (PRL).
* Valid driver's license.
* Willingness to travel within the northern region.
