Within this role you will be supporting the effective delivery of the ‘Customer Excellence’ and customer insight procedures by delivering administration support and assistance to the Customer Services Team. **Key duties and responsibilities of our Customer Insight Assistant:** * Provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of the Customer Services and Engagement team. * Provide cover on the Customer Services phone line, including receiving customer complaints, enquiries and referring any unresolved complaints or enquiries on to the appropriate person. * Support in keeping the Berneslai Homes website and social media channels up to date, answering basic customer enquiries and assist in the routine analysis of social media activity. * Operate and control the petty cash and voucher system for volunteer expenses, ensuring the money/vouchers are safely stored and records kept in line with data protection and financial audit protocols. * Assist in the collation and preparation of regular communications for volunteers, tenants, staff, and Board. * To assist in the planning, organising running and analysis of any customer events including booking venues, catering, and transport.
