That’s why we’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow in the world of digital marketing to join our Social Media team as a Social Media Trainee. **What will your day-to-day look like?** You’ll support the Social Media team in managing accounts for leading brands. You’ll participate in planning, creating, adapting, and scheduling content. You’ll manage social media publishing and monitoring platforms. You’ll stay up to date with trends, formats, and new channels (yes, Threads counts too). You’ll collaborate on performance reports and metric analysis. You’ll provide support for influencer activations, content creators, and filming shoots. You’ll learn first-hand how an international agency works alongside top professionals. **What are we looking for?** ✅ Eagerness to learn—and an excellent attitude! ✅ Strong passion for social media and digital culture. ✅ Attention to detail and organizational skills. ✅ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite. ✅ Basic knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and similar platforms. ✅ Education in communications, advertising, digital marketing, or related fields (currently underway or recently completed). ✅ English, spoken and written (B2 level or higher). ✅ Ability to sign internship agreements. **Bonus points:** ✅ Knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Figma). ✅ Prior internship experience, personal projects, self-managed accounts, or freelance work related to social media (every bit counts!). ✅ Additional specialized training in Social Media. **What we offer:** Paid internships with Social Security registration. 30-hour weekly contract.
