Professional development in the social field Job Offer Summary: * **Title:** Insertion Support Technician * **Category:** GP 4 * **Working Hours:** Full-time * **Schedule:** 3 days per week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; 2 days per week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. * **Contract Type:** Permanent * **Workplace:** Alt Penedès * **Salary:** €23,952 gross annually, paid in 14 installments (one prorated) * **Expected Start Date:** Immediate Within the framework of the People Care Area, we require the incorporation of an Insertion Technician to perform the following tasks: o Diagnosis and design of the insertion work plan. o Continuous accompaniment, supervision, and evaluation. o Development of the transition plan to the standard labor market. o Labor market prospecting and mediation. o Referral to the standard labor market and follow-up of placements in regular companies. o Management and custody of data and documents related to the insertion process. o Team coordination. * **Requirements**: o Education: Degree in Psychology, Social Education, Social Work, Pedagogy, or Psychopedagogy. o Experience: 1 year in the social sector working with groups at risk of exclusion. o Preferred: Experience developing labor insertion pathways. o Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. o Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * **Skills and Competencies**: o Proactivity and adaptability to change. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to set priorities and autonomously manage multiple tasks. o Professionalism and user well-being orientation. o Empathy and sensitivity to support complex personal situations.
