As an **Offer Study Technician / BackOffice**, in coordination with the Commercial Department and Technical Office (Engineering), you will be responsible for preparing technical offers (technical, administrative, and economic components) and supporting tenders/proposals, with the aim of producing the final document to be delivered to the client. Functions and responsibilities: * Organize required documentation, texts, measurements, drawings, and tender documents. * Develop the budget and the technical report text; request quotations from suppliers. * For third-party projects (e.g., measurement-based projects), prepare the full offer. * Request technical and economic solutions from Engineering and coordinate them, especially for complex projects involving proprietary design, calculations, and drawings. * **Coordinate with the Commercial Department to obtain necessary information and baseline data for offer preparation; assess the potential need for client meetings; attend Commercial Department meetings.** Education: * Higher vocational training degree related to the position (e.g., Urban Project Development and Topographic Operations). * Junior engineering profiles will also be considered, particularly those who have gained experience in offer preparation during internships or traineeships. Summer intensive working schedule, a monthly allowance of 4 remote workdays, and flexible start/end times.
