Effective communication with stakeholders **Job Description** We are looking for a **Backend Technical Leader** to coordinate a team of developers and ensure the proper implementation of solutions in cloud environments. This role requires strong expertise in **settlement and transaction distribution**, **Java architecture**, and hands-on experience with **AWS**. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication and KPI management. **Responsibilities** * Lead the development team technically, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality. * Manage self-organizing teams under agile frameworks. * Identify requirements, define scope, and estimate project timelines. * Mitigate risks and ensure on-time and on-spec delivery. * Monitor team performance and manage KPIs (tools: JIRA). * Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders. * Participate in the design and development of REST and microservices architectures in cloud environments. **Requirements** * \+3 years of experience with payment platforms and methods. * In-depth knowledge of money distribution in payment gateways (charges, credits, chargebacks, frozen balances, available balance). * Experience with digital payment systems or payment gateways. * Understanding of acquirer flows and Gateway/PSP models (including aggregator PSPs). * Proven leadership of projects for at least 2 years. * Experience with cloud-based REST and microservices architectures. * Knowledge of AWS (Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus). * Proficiency in Spring Core, MVC, Security, Spring JPA, Hibernate, Log4j/SLF4J frameworks. * Backend web application development in Java and multi-tier architectures. * Basic knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins). **Soft Skills** * Leadership and management of self-organizing teams. * Ability to identify requirements and risks. * Clear and effective communication. * Results-oriented mindset and KPI management. **Work Mode:** 100% Remote **Salary:** Based on Experience **Company** Joining THEWHITEAM means collaborating with a company composed of professionals with extensive experience in technology consulting.
