This includes careful selection of high-quality ingredients as well as their proper storage to ensure the freshness and flavor of each dish. Preparation and presentation of international Russian cuisine meals constitute a core part of the job responsibilities. Absolute mastery of Russian cuisine is an essential requirement. Prior verifiable experience is valued, with a minimum of six years in similar positions. A personal vehicle and a valid type B driver's license are required for transportation. A temporary employment contract of four months' duration is offered, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Working hours will be determined according to a weekly schedule. Compensation will comply with the Asturias Hospitality Collective Agreement.
