Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and other food safety regulations. * **Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within collective catering, corporate dining, or similar.** * **Native level spoken and written Basque.** * **Valid driver's license and personal vehicle to reach the workplace.**
